Fan signup
When you voluntarily join HÄZIL Nation, the site collects the email address you provide and your consent to receive HÄZIL updates. The address is sent server-side to the configured email/contact service so it can be maintained as a subscriber contact. You may unsubscribe from future broadcasts using the unsubscribe option provided in those messages or by contacting HÄZIL.
Business inquiries
When you submit a booking, licensing, press or business inquiry, the site may collect your name, email address, phone number, organization or venue, project/event date, location, inquiry type, budget/offer and message. That information is used to review and respond to your request.
Service providers
The site may use Cloudflare to host and process website requests and Resend to manage contacts and deliver form emails. Those services process information only as needed to provide the configured website and email functions.
Analytics and external platforms
The site may use audience/usage analytics and links or embeds from services such as YouTube, SoundCloud and music/social platforms. When you interact with an external service, that service's own privacy practices apply.
Data minimization
Do not submit sensitive personal information through the public business form. HÄZIL ARKS asks only for information reasonably needed to manage a fan subscription or evaluate a business inquiry.
